Once again this has been an extremely successful year for OFTB, receiving 5 awards for the evening. This including a clean sweep of the Best Innovative Pool & Spa category; winning a Gold Award for the Middlepark Project and a Highly Commended Award for the Middlepark 2 Project. Other Highly Commended Awards went to our Ivanhoe Project for Best Residential Pool under $100K, the Middlepark Project for Best Residential Pool & Spa Combination and lastly, to the Middlepark 2 Project in the Best Residential Concrete Pool over $100K category.
Receiving these awards for all the hard work that has gone in, brings us great satisfaction. The team at OFTB are extremely proud of these achievements.
OFTB has had another successful evening at the SPASA Vic awards walking away with a Gold Award for Best Residential Pool under $100K which is our “Hawthorn2 Project”. Other awards taken out by the company include High Recommendations for Best Residential Pool over $100K and Best Water Feature.
A very pleasing result for the team at OFTB.
For the second year running and third time overall an OFTB project has been recognised as the best pool of 2010. The much coveted award recognises achieved excellence in design, construction and innovation and is the most highly regarded award in the pool construction and design industry. The winning project “Elsternwick” was designed by OFTB Landscape Architecture and implemented by the OFTB construction team with aplomb; overall a great team effort. View project images here.
OFTB has yet again walked away from the Spasavic annual awards night with multiple awards including, for the second year running, the prestigous Pool of the Year award. The other major award for the night, Best Residential Pool over $100K, was also taken out by OFTB. Other awards won by the company include high commendations for Best Residential Pool under $100K and Best Water Feature. Well done to all staff members for once again ensuring a successful night for the company.
This pool has been customised to enable greater use of the surrounding landscape without being restricted to the level changes on the property. Rather than simply implement a set of steps from house level to the garden, a series of terraces have been designed at a number of different levels that ultimately provide a different function in each. The pool terrace, at mid level, is set up as an escape or refuge from the living areas of the house rather than an extension of it whilst the entertaining area at the upper level includes built in seating and a bbq. OFTB Landscape Architecture has complimented these spaces with a lawn on the lower level as well as ample garden beds at all levels. View project images here.
